I went to hear Keola Beamer Live (Hawai'i music) last weekend.
I hadn't had any chance to hear it until then. I was very surprised what a beautiful music it is!!

It was a music which looks like the sound of the wind in the large meadow.

I've gotta go to Hawai'i someday!

I think skill of a trading stock is a little different from MBA study.... But,

"meanwhile, students in majors such as marketing, finance, operations and management are being schooled in CRM and ERP. Villanova runs an SAP system, which professors and system experts demonstrate to students to give them a greater understanding of how such systems operate in companies. Marketing and operations students get hands-on exposure to SAP as part of their course work."

This seems be good idea. Maybe it will help students....

Hiroshima has marked the anniversary of the moment an atomic bomb exploded 60 years ago. Around 140,000 people were killed by the bomb and its aftermath. Some 55,000 people thronged into the peace park to remember the bomb exploded in the skies above the city, at 8:15 am same day, 1945.

Japan's Prime Minister, Koizumi, said that, after the bomb, the city had relentlessly pursued peace. "The citizens of Hiroshima are the witnesses of global peace, we hope that Hiroshima will continue to be the symbol of global peace,"

Hiroshima's mayor, Akiba said respect for victims of war demanded abolition of all nuclear weapons. "We have to pay due tribute to all the souls claimed by the atomic bomb," Mr Akiba said. "We will not make the same mistake again".

That is some articles from BBC home page. I watched the TV. I felt, Mr. Koizumi's address wasn't impressive. No important point. I wonder how he is thinking about peace. And Mayor's address was very strong. He was angry to all people who become a trouble to all abolition of nuclear weapons.

These days I had read some E-MAIL magazine, and knew it. But I can say definitely our company's board members don't know it.
Because they don't have any idea about how they have to manage our company using IT.

One day, when I was thinking about design of new system, one of co-workers who belong to other section, asked me, "Hey, may I ask you to fix my PC? It is not working well..."

I said, " Sorry it is not my task, you have to ask the internal administration section."

But it is not good for me. Usually people don't understand.
"Why? isn't Computer your speciality?"

I said "No. I didn't say so."

PC is the main tool for job in these days. So he never give up this negotiation.

" YOU CAN NOT DO IT? YOU DON'T HAVE SUCH KIND OF SKILL?"

Some time such kind of people are telling around "Hey, do you know? Ms. XXX can not fix PC. maybe she doesn't have enough skill...."

Gee. And people who don't have enough skill of design and don't have much job, help them. They never forget to say like this.
"Maybe she doesn't understand such kind of basic skill.."

Oh my god.

It department is special?

When we are working for the company, someone is thinking only his interest. IT tool is attractive for some people, He thinks it is his privilege.
IT dept. people can use the infrastructure like an internet of the company well.

IT worker seems difficult to obey some rules. They are doing freely, potentially other people hate them.

IT worker use a lot of money, but there is few valuation standard. So people can not understand well and hate them.

Finally, people want to ask consulting company, and make a plan to kick them off.

I come to Office late. I stop by a Cafe near Office and drink coffee, connect Internet, and browse it. Because, some of my jobs, I can do anywhere. Other people criticize it. But I don't know why? That is my job style.

July 7ty, The Star Festival in Japan

The Traditional Star Festival "Tanabata".　Tanabata is about a couple,"the star Alter"(Kengyuu) and "the star Vega"(Orihime) meeting only once a year on this day. They meet "over the Milky Way" on July 7th night.
so on Tanabata day, we write our wishes on strips of paper. We hang the paper wishes on bamboo trees, and decorate the tree with origami.
